Engineered for Simplified Installation and High Durability
"Our X frame design provides a much cleaner pit design than others in the industry," Technical Sales Dock Manager Tim Wolfe said. "Unlike other hydraulic dock levellers, installers only place shims under the main cylinder, adjustable lip keepers and maintenance brace."
The design of the hydraulic dock leveller models was not the only consideration for Overhead Door™ brand. Company engineers also considered added safety features, ease of installation process and smooth building-to-truck transitions for installers, contractors and forklift operators. Each model is built with textured powder-coat finishes, three-wheel support bracing and removable full range toe guards as a standard offering.
Performance and Safety in Every Detail
The hydraulic lift cylinder is mounted to the centre of the unit to ensure maximum performance and safety. Cutouts on the rear hinge identify fillet weld locations for faster installation. Levellers ship with four steel fork loops bolted to the deck, which improve stability when lifting the product from a truck. The loops assist with forklift placement into the dock from inside or outside the building and minimise sliding while the levellers are stacked on top of each other. The top side adjustable levelling bolts quickly position the hydraulic dock leveller with the building floor, requiring no shimming or welding at the rear of the pit.

"Our deck-to-beam weld coverage is an industry-leading 34%, ensuring long term durability," Dor Gamliel, dock product engineering manager, said.
Both models are available in 30k, 35k, 40k and 45k Comparative Industry Rating (CIR) capacity and are ANSI MH30.1-2022 certified. Models H68R and H78R include an enhanced two-year limited warranty when purchased with an Overhead Door™ brand commercial door.
