Addressing Global Manufacturing Challenges

Renishaw’s technologies on display at stand D06 in Hall 5 aim to tackle productivity challenges and enable high-precision parts to be manufactured more efficiently and cost-effectively. Demonstrations will cover industrial metrology and automation solutions for CNC machining and process control.

Renishaw solutions provide automation that eliminates human intervention in CNC machining, including unattended part set-up, closed-loop process control, and in-process verification. Displays will feature integration with commercially available robot handling systems and automated CMM tending applications.

The company will also showcase solutions for improving industrial robot performance, offering fast set-up, cell recovery, and in-process metrology to enhance accuracy in automation cells.

Shop Floor Gauging with Equator-X™ 500

A highlight will be the new Equator-X™ 500 dual-method gauge, combining Absolute and Compare measurement in one system. Supporting this hardware is MODUS™ IM Equator software, featuring code-free programming for quick inspection program creation.

Renishaw’s range of styli and modular fixturing accessories supports various measurement tasks, ensuring consistent high performance across applications.

Next-Generation NC4+ Blue Laser Tool Setters

The third generation NC4+ Blue laser tool setters offer repeatability at ±0.1 μm 2σ, with new ultra-compact F100 models providing high-speed tool measurement and broken tool detection in a compact, energy-efficient design.

Innovations like the CARTO Ballbar Connect app make performance checks easier, while the FORTiS™ linear encoder delivers reliable measurement in harsh environments, supporting long-term manufacturing accuracy.

Data-Driven Manufacturing with Renishaw Central

The Renishaw Central platform will connect data from various devices, enabling real-time updates to machining and quality control systems. It provides full visibility of parts moving through the virtual factory, supporting automated production.

Renishaw’s EMO 2025 presence underlines its commitment to delivering fast, automated, and connected manufacturing solutions. Visitors will witness technologies designed to meet the evolving needs of modern manufacturers.
