Designed for permanent series use, the SCPSDI combines exceptional installation flexibility, robust construction, and versatile connectivity to deliver a reliable solution across manufacturing, off-road machinery, power generation, and transportation.

Innovative Design for Maximum Flexibility

The SCPSDI features an external-thread pressure port that can rotate independently of the housing, making it easy to install in tight spaces. Once mounted, the housing itself can be rotated over 240 degrees, providing unmatched adaptability.

For internal-thread versions, all pressure-contact components are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability even with aggressive and corrosive media.

Enhanced Usability and Monitoring

  • Intuitive bevelled display with 180-degree rotation for overhead installation
  • Two-colour switching status indicator for clear visibility
  • Graphical interface aligned with VDMA standards for ease of use

Users benefit from simplified commissioning, easy parameter adjustments, and transparent diagnostics.

Built for Harsh Industrial Environments

The SCPSDI pressure switch integrates a long-term stable measuring cell, free from moving seals, making it:

  • Resistant to shock, vibration, and moisture
  • Maintenance-free and highly durable
  • Reliable in the toughest industrial conditions

Advanced Connectivity Options

Each switching output is fully configurable, supporting normally open or closed contacts. Additional features include:

  • Adjustable switching pressures and delay times
  • Switchable analogue outputs (0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, or 0–10 V)
  • Integrated I/O-Link for seamless automation integration

Wide Range of Versions

Parker’s SCPSDI comes in multiple variants to suit industry requirements:

  • Pressure ranges from 4 bar to 600 bar
  • Internal or external thread options
  • Models with switching outputs only or combined analogue outputs

Part of Parker’s Expanding Controller Family

The launch of the SCPSDI pressure switch reinforces Parker’s commitment to innovation in industrial automation. Upcoming expansions will include enhanced level and temperature measurement solutions, further broadening Parker’s control portfolio.

Konstantin Reichtner, Product Manager at Parker SensoControl, said:

“The SCPSDI exemplifies Parker’s ongoing commitment to innovation. Its unique combination of flexibility, robust construction, and connectivity makes it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.”
